1. Program Description

Solara Dating, operated by Avorynn LLC, uses SMS text messaging to support account security and to operate core platform features. By providing your mobile number and opting in during account creation or phone verification, you agree to receive text messages from Solara Dating at the number you provide.

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

One-time phone verification codes used to confirm ownership of your number

Two-factor authentication (2FA) login codes

Security alerts, including suspicious login or account-change notifications

Account notifications related to your Solara Dating account, profile, verification status, or Solara Plus subscription

Customer support replies when you contact our team and request a response by SMS

Solara Dating does not send marketing or promotional text messages to verified mobile numbers.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the security events on your account. You may receive messages only when you trigger them (for example, requesting a login code) or when Solara Dating needs to alert you about activity on your account.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent or received. Avorynn LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any Solara Dating text message at any time to opt out of further non-essential SMS messages from the program. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further marketing or notification SMS will be sent from that program.

Note: Opting out of SMS may disable phone-based two-factor authentication and SMS-based verification codes. You may continue your Solara Dating account using email-based authentication where available.

7. Privacy of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used only to operate the Solara Dating SMS program described above, to comply with carrier and regulatory requirements, and to support fraud, safety, and security operations.

8. Carriers & Availability

Solara Dating SMS is supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
