Solara Dating is a product and service operated by Avorynn LLC ("Avorynn," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Solara Dating platform, including the website, mobile apps, onboarding and invite system, verification flows, matching and messaging features, Solara Plus premium subscriptions, and related Avorynn services. By creating an account or using Solara Dating, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Solara Dating is a relationship-focused dating platform operated by Avorynn LLC. The platform is intended strictly for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By creating a Solara Dating account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally permitted to enter into these Terms
  • You are not currently barred from using Solara Dating under prior enforcement action
  • All information submitted during onboarding and verification is accurate, truthful, and current

    • Avorynn LLC does not knowingly permit minors to access Solara Dating. Accounts suspected of belonging to individuals under 18 will be suspended and may be permanently removed. Avorynn LLC may require age confirmation, government identification, or additional documentation at any time to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or maintain platform integrity.

    2. Account Creation & Onboarding

    Solara Dating accounts are created through an onboarding flow that may include invite-code entry, profile setup, photo upload, preference selection, and identity verification. Some periods of access to Solara Dating may be limited to users who provide a valid invite code issued by Avorynn LLC.

    You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

  • Share your account with another person
  • Create duplicate or fraudulent accounts
  • Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship intent
  • Attempt to bypass bans, blocks, verification requirements, or moderation systems

    • 3. Platform Purpose & Community Expectations

    Solara Dating is designed to encourage intentional, respectful, and meaningful connection. The platform emphasizes slower, deeper conversations rather than endless swiping, and members are expected to interact honestly and respectfully at all times.

    The following are strictly prohibited on Solara Dating:

  • Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, or hate speech
  • Discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Scams, catfishing, romance fraud, or financial exploitation
  • Solicitation of illegal goods, services, or commercial sex work
  • Sharing non-consensual intimate content or sexually exploitative material
  • Distributing malware, phishing links, spam, or malicious software
  • Any unlawful conduct under applicable law

    • Avorynn LLC may investigate reports of harmful conduct and take enforcement action where necessary to protect members and the integrity of the platform.

    4. Authenticity & Verification Requirements

    Authenticity is a core requirement of Solara Dating. Before a member can match or message on the platform, Avorynn LLC may require completion of one or more verification steps, including:

  • Email verification
  • Phone number verification
  • Selfie verification with liveness detection
  • Government-issued ID verification
  • Facial comparison between submitted selfies and ID photos
  • AI-assisted authenticity checks

    • Verified members may display a Solara verification badge on their profile. Verification badges indicate that a member has completed specific authenticity steps; they do not guarantee a member's honesty, character, intentions, behavior, compatibility, or offline safety. Members remain responsible for exercising their own judgment.

    Avorynn LLC may approve, deny, revoke, or re-request verification at its sole discretion and may retain verification data as described in the Solara Dating Privacy Policy.

    5. User Content & License

    You are solely responsible for the content you submit to Solara Dating, including profile information, photos, prompts, voice notes, messages, and any other media or communications.

    You may not upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Contains threats, harassment, or sexually explicit material involving minors
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Promotes violence, exploitation, or self-harm
  • Contains scams, phishing attempts, or malicious software

    • By submitting content to Solara Dating, you grant Avorynn LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, moderate, adapt, and use that content for the purposes of operating, securing, moderating, promoting, and improving Solara Dating and related Avorynn services.

    6. Trust, Safety & Reporting

    Avorynn LLC operates Solara Dating with safety designed in from day one. The platform combines automated systems and human moderators to enforce community standards.

    Members can block other members at any time and submit reports for behavior such as harassment, scams, fake profiles, impersonation, threats, suspicious activity, or other policy violations. Reports may be reviewed using:

  • Real human moderators trained on Solara Dating policies
  • Automated moderation and triage systems
  • AI-assisted detection of catfishing, harassment, and risky behavior
  • Fraud and abuse detection signals
  • Cross-referencing with verification and account history data

    • Avorynn LLC strongly encourages members to meet in public places, protect personal information, and prioritize personal safety. Avorynn LLC is not responsible for offline interactions or incidents that occur outside Solara Dating and does not guarantee the conduct, identity, or intentions of any member.

    7. AI & Monitoring Systems

    Solara Dating uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to support trust and safety, including catfishing detection, harassment detection, risky-behavior signals, spam prevention, fraud detection, and verification assistance.

    These systems may analyze profile content, uploaded media, verification submissions, account behavior, reports, and on-platform communications where permitted by applicable law. Automated systems can produce false positives, and Avorynn LLC may combine them with human moderator review before taking enforcement action.

    Members may not interfere with, manipulate, bypass, reverse engineer, or misuse Solara Dating's verification, moderation, or safety systems.

    8. Solara Plus & Premium Subscriptions

    Avorynn LLC offers an optional premium membership called Solara Plus through Solara Dating. Solara Plus may include features such as profile boosts, advanced matching filters, enhanced visibility tools, and other member perks. Available features may change at Avorynn LLC's discretion.

    Solara Plus and any other paid subscriptions or one-time purchases are subject to the following:

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law
  • Cancellation must be completed through the payment provider used to purchase the subscription (for example, the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a web payment processor)
  • Deleting your Solara Dating account does not automatically cancel an active subscription

    • Avorynn LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate premium features for policy violations, fraudulent conduct, payment disputes, or safety concerns.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All Avorynn LLC and Solara Dating branding, trademarks, logos, software, source code, designs, interfaces, copy, and other materials are owned by Avorynn LLC or its licensors. The "Avorynn" and "Solara Dating" names and marks may not be used without prior written permission.

    You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, or otherwise exploit the Solara Dating platform or its materials without written authorization from Avorynn LLC.

    10. Platform Availability

    Solara Dating is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Avorynn LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful matches, compatibility, member responses, relationship outcomes, or error-free functionality. Online dating involves inherent risks, and members access and use Solara Dating at their own discretion.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avorynn LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Emotional distress or reputational harm
  • Financial loss, fraud, scams, or romance scams committed by other members
  • Personal injury or any outcome arising from offline meetings
  • Relationship outcomes, ghosting, or breakups
  • Data loss or unauthorized access not caused by Avorynn LLC's gross negligence

    • Members use Solara Dating entirely at their own risk.

    12. Account Enforcement & Termination

    Avorynn LLC may, at its sole discretion, investigate reports, review accounts, remove content, restrict features, revoke verification, suspend access, or permanently terminate Solara Dating accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms or Solara Dating community standards
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
  • Repeated reports from other members that are substantiated on review
  • Abuse or circumvention of verification, moderation, or safety systems
  • Safety concerns or legal compliance requirements

    • Serious violations — including underage use, harassment, threats, scams, or non-consensual content — may result in immediate removal without prior notice and without refund of any active subscription.

    13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

    Any dispute arising from or relating to Solara Dating, these Terms, or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

    You waive participation in class actions, collective actions, and class-wide arbitration. Arbitration shall occur in the State of Minnesota unless otherwise required by applicable law.
